36-842-Order No. 80-235 Recorded 1/8/1981VOL 36PAGE 842 BEFORE THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF DESCHUTES COUNTY, OREGON C ' An Order Vacating ) 6' Tullar Road ( A ) JAN 19Portion Of) ) 8j This matter having come petition of Deschutes County, Of) to-wit: ORDER NO. 80-235 ROSEMARY PATT DESCHUTES ERSpiV COUNTY r..... before the Commission on April 16, 1980, upon the Oregon, requesting the vacation of Tullar Road (A Portion A strip of land for street purpose, Tullar Road "Portion Of" beginning at a point in the centerline of Tullar and it's intersection with the Soutg line of the NE 1/4 of the NW 1/4 of Section 11, said point lies S 00 25' 38" W, 1320.07 feet and S 89° 41' 50" E, 1509.13 feet from the NW corner of said Section 11; Thence northerly along said centerline the following bearings and distances, N 00° 50' E 17.60 feet, N 8° 06' E 701.58 feet, N 19° 36' E 809.16 feet, N 18° 01' E 1227.95 feet, in Township 15 S, Range 12 E, Section 11-2, being 0.52 miles in length, and 40' feet in width, as recorded in the office of the County Clerk, Deschutes County, Oregon. That there is also on file and of record the certificate of Neil K. Hudson, Director of Public Works, for Deschutes County, swearing to the placing and posting of the notice of the aforesaid vacation on three places within the limit of the area to be vacated, and one notice posted on the Bulletin Board at the Deschutes County Courthouse Annex. That the reasons have been set forth by the petitioner for the necessity of the vacation which has been petitioned, and it appearing to the Commission that the petition has been filed with the County Clerk for thirty days or more previous to the 7th day of January, 1980, and the Commission being fully advised in the premises. NOW THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the above described public road, Tullar shall be and the same is hereby vacated, as there were no objections at such hearing held.
