VOL 36PAGE i ii2 « BEFORE THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF DESCHUTES COUNTY, OREGON r r A Resolution Vacating ) First Street, E Street, ) and A Street, all located ) in Hillman ) RESOLUTION NO. 81-008 This matter came before the regular term of the Board of County Commissioners upon the peition of Randy McKnight, Deschutes County, Oregon, requesting the vacation of the above mentioned Streets. The said Board finds that it is necessary to consider this vacation for reasons of maintenance and access; and that this change should be made to serve the interests of all landowners in this area; NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED that it is the intention of the Board of County Commissioners to vacate the following -described road, or portion thereof, to -wit: That portion of First Street lying between "E" Avenue and "F" Avenue as platted in the plat of Hillman as filed in the Office of the County Clerk, Deschutes County, Oregon. Also, that portion of "E" Avenue lying between Second Street and Third Street as platted in said plat. Also, that portion of "A" Avenue lying between Seventeenth Street and the Oregon Trunk Railroad right-of-way as platted in siad plat. All above named Streets being 60.00 feet in width. IT IS FURTHER RESOLVED that: 1. On the 18th day of March, 1981, at 10:00 a.m., at the Deschutes County Courthouse Annex, Bend, Oregon 97701, the Board of County Commissioners will hold a hearing on the issue of whether the above-described road or portion thereof should be vacated as a portion of the Deschutes County Road System. 2. Copies of this Resolution, duly certified to as such by the County Clerk, shall be posted in three conspicuous places along the road to be vacated, and a copy of this Resolution shall be placed on the bulletin board in the entrance to the Deschutes County Courthouse, Bend, Oregon.
