36-50-Resolution Recorded 10/6/1980VOL MAGE 50 IN THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF THE STATE OF OREGON F t L L: D FOR THE COUNTY OF DESCHUTES 0 C 1 1980 In the Matter of the ) ROSEM4RY P ESTABLISHMENT of Sunnyside ) R E S 0 L U T I 0 N DESCHUT� ATT(�S0N Boulevard (A Portion Of) ) COUWn, CLatK Be It Remembered, that at a term of the Board of County Commissioners, begun and held at the County Courthouse in Bend, in said County on this lst day of October 1980, and continued from day to day thereafter to and including the date of the Resolution the same being a term of said Board of County Commissioners sitting for the transaction of County business, and at which time said Board of County Commissioners may, by Resolution, propose any County road, the following among other proceedings was had, to -wit: WHEREAS, it is hereby considered that a public nesessity exists for the establishment of the road hereinafter described, said Board of County Commissioners does hereby declare its intention to establish a county road in Deschutes County, Oregon, by Resolution, described as follows, to -wit: A strip of land for Road right-of-way purpose, that portion of Sunnyside Boulevard described as follows: Beginning at an iron pin set on the northerly right-of-way line of Sunnyside Boulevard marking the southwest corner of Lot 4 Block 4, of Plat Number 435, Brightenwood Estates III, said iron pin by record bears S 000 30' 25" W 1799.11 feet from the northeast corner of the northwest quarter of the northwest quarter of Section 21, Township 18 South, Range 12 East of the Willamette Meridian; thence, S 000 30' 25" W 99.77 feet to an iron pin set on the southerly right-of-way line of said Sunnyside Boulevard marking the northwest corner of Lot 23, Block 6 of Plat Number 403, Brightenwood Estates II, thence S 540 17' 38" W 1056.68 feet to an iron pin set .on the southerly right-of-way line of said Sunnyside Boulevard as platted on said Woodside Ranch Phase VI; thence N 540 16' 01" E 117.45 feet to the point of beginning, being 80.00± feet in width. NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the Director of Public Works or his duly qualified deputy, shall give notice of this Resolution by posting true copies thereof, properly certified to by the County Clerk, at the place of holding County Court and also at three public places in the vicinity of said proposed road thirty days previous to the consideration of this Resolution by the Board of County Commissioners, notifying all persons concerned that said Resolution will be considered and passed upoon by this Board of County Commissioners at a meeting on the 5th day of November 1980, at which time the Board of County Commissioners will consider any objections or remonstrances which may be filed on account of said proposed road.
