RE: Road :dames in Mountain Shadows PP 450
Dear Mr. Judd:
When the Fire Department received the copy of
the Mountain Shadows final plat, we noticed that
several roads were named differently than our fire
grid indicates. In the interest of public safety
(fire and other emergency response times) and in the
interest of protecting the considerable time and
effort that has already gone into making the Redmond
Fire Grid a uniformly applied and accepted system,
we hereby request that the Road Department initiate
a petition to the Commission to change the road names
as indicated on the attached sketch.
While discussing this with Lynn McKibben of
Consultants Northwest, he indicated that he had dis-
cussed this with Craig Smith and had left a call for
you to discuss it with you. Should you have any
questions or comments concerning this issue, please
feel free to contact me.
