WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners on April 3, 1980, filed its Resolution request-
ing an appointment of a Home Rule Charter Committee, and
WHEREAS, the Board finds that no facts bearing on the appointments made to that Committee
on March 4, 1980, have changed,
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that effective one day after the filing pursuant
to ORS 203.730(1) of this Board's renew d Resolution requesting the appointment of a Home
Rule Charter Committee, dated April , 1980, the following persons are reappointed
by the Board pursuant to ORS 203.740(2)(a)(i):
