This matter came before the regular term of the Board of County Commissioners
upon the petition of Deschutes County, Oregon, requesting the vacation of
Tullar Road "Portion of".
The said Board finds that it is necessary to consider this vacation for
reasons of maintenance and access; and that this change should be made to serve
the interests of all landowners in this area;
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED that it is the intention of the
Board of County Commissioners to consider the vacation of the following -des-
cribed road, or portion thereof, to wit:
A strip of land for street purpose, Tullar Road "Portion of" beginning
at a point in the centerline of Tullar and it's intersection with the
south. line of the N.E. h of the N.W. 14 of Section 11, said point lies
S 00' 25' 38" W, 1320.07" and S 89' 41' 50" E, 1509.13 feet from the
N.W. corner of said distances, N 00' 50' E 17.60 Feet, N8 06 E 701.58
feet, N 19 36 E 809.16 feet, N 18' 01 E 1227.95 feet, in Township 15 S
Range 12 E Section 11-2, being 0.52 miles in lenth, and 40' feet in
width, as recorded in the office of the County Clerk, Deschutes County,
Oregon.
IT IS FURTHER RESOLVED that:
1. On the 4th day of June, 1980, at 10:00 a.m., Pacific Standard Time, at
the Deschutes County Courthouse Annex, Bend, Oregon 97701, the Board of County
Commissioners will hold a hearing on the issue of whether the above-described
road or portion thereof should be vacated as a portion of the Deschutes County Road
System.
2. Copies of this Resolution, duly certified to as such by the County Clerk,
shall be posted in three conspicuous places along the road to be vacated, and a
copy of this Resolution shall be placed on the bulletin board in the entrace to the
Deschutes County Courthouse, Bend, Oregon.
