35-117-Minutes for Meeting August 06,1980 Recorded 8/6/1980r 35 ?acF 1 7 VOL NOTICE OF FINAL HEARING ESTABLISHMENT OF LAPINE SPECIAL SEWER DISTRICT Deschutes County, Oregon The Board of County Commissioners of Deschutes County, meeting in a preliminary hearing on August 6, 1980, do hereby approve the petition for establishing a LaPine Special Sewer District within the described area in Exhibit "B" attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference. All foregoing property is located in Deschutes County. The Board of County Commissioners will hold a Final Hearing on the proposed establishment of LaPine Special Sewer District in Conference Room "A" at the Deschutes County Courthouse Annex in Bend, Oregon, on Wednesday, September 3, 1980. Any persons requesting an election on said establishment shall file written requests with the County Board of Commissioners on or before the time of said hearing in accordance to ORS 198.810(2). If no requests for an election are so filed, the Deschutes County Board of Commissioners may issue a Final Order for said establishment of LAPINE SPECIAL SEWER DISTRICT.
