BEFORE THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF THE STATE OF OREGON
FOR DESCHUTES COUNTY
In the Matter of Vacation of )
All that easement created in ) R E 0 L U T I 0 N
MJP-78-10 )
This matter came before the regular term of the Board of County Commissioners
upon the petition of Deschutes County, Oregon, requesting the vacation of all that
easement created in MJP-78-10.
The said Board finds that it is necessary to consider this vacation for reasons
of maintenance and access; and that this change should be made to serve the interests
of all landowners in this area;
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED that it is the intention of the Board
of County Commissioners to consider the vacation of the following -described road,
or portion thereof, to -wit:
A strip of land for Road way easement, all of that easement created in
MJP-78-10 being more particularly described as the southerly 30.00 feet
of the Northeast quarter of the Southeast quarter of the Southwest quarter
(NE 14, SEk,SW%) of Section 15, Township 18 South, Range 12 East of the
Willamette Meridian, being 30.00 feet in width as platted on the official
plat of Major Partition MJP-78-10, as recorded in the office of the County
Clerk, Deschutes County, Oregon.
IT IS FURTHER RESOLVED that:
1. On the 17th day of September, 1980, at 10:00 a.m., Pacific Standard Time,
at the Deschutes County Courthouse Annex, Bend, Oregon 97701, the Board of County
Commissioners will hold a hearing on the issue of whether the above-described road
or portion thereof should be vacated as a portion of the Deschutes County Road
System.
2. Copies of this Resolution, duly certified to as such by the County Clerk,
shall be posted in three conspicuous places along the road to be vacated, and a
copy of this Resolution shall be placed on the bulletin board in the entrance to
the Deschutes County Courthouse, Bend, Oregon.
