BE IT REMEMBERED, that at a term of the Board of County Commissioners
of Deschutes County, Oregon, begun and held at the County Courthouse in Bend in
said County on December 5, 1979, ' the same being a term of said Board'of County
Commissioners sitting for the transaction of County business, at which time the
Board legally, by Resolution, proposed the establishment o£ the above mentioned
road.
THAT on the said 5th day of December, 1979, the Board did consider
that a public necessity existed for the establishment of said road hereinafter
described, and did order that legal notice be given, and appointed January 16,
1980, as the day of hearing on the establishment of That Portion of Gunwood Lane.
And now, at this time it appearing to the Board that due notice of this
intention and this proceeding has been given, as by law required, for more than
thirty (30) days preceding the day named in said Resolution and said notice for
a hearing hereon; and this being after the date for hearing objections to such
establishment, if anytherebe, and there were none.
IT IS 'M EREFORE ORDERED AND DEC]
shall be established as described in said

That Portion of Gunwood Lane, in
being 0.08419 miles in length, and 60 feet
of Romaine Village, Unit 9, as recorded in
County, Oregon.
ZEED that said road described below
Resolution and by Order herein as
Township 185, Range 12E, Section 18,
in width, as platted on the official plat
the office of the County Clerk, Deschutes
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that the Deschutes County Surveyor
shall file a plat of said road, as surveyed on the ground, with the road records
of Deschutes County.
