WHEREAS, LLOYD W. POWELL and SHARON R. POWELL, 23595 E. Highway 20, Bend, Oregon,
have paid the rent on the lease to MARVIN G. WAGNER and BONNIE B. WAGNER dated
March 16, 1976, and have stated that they purchased the Wagner's land in November
of 1978,
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the Board gives permission pursuant to
Section 4b in said lease for assignment of the Wagners' interest in the lease to
LLOYD W. POWELL and SHARON R. POWELL.
