This matter coming on for Hearing, this having been the time heretofore
set for Final Hearing on a petition for annexation of property to Black
Butte Rural Fire Protection District, and it appearing that said petition
for annexation has heretofore been approved by the Board of Directors of
Black Butte Rural Fire Protection District, that notice of Hearing on said
annexation has been given as by law required, and that no persons have
appeared at said Hearing to oppose or object to said annexation, and the
Board being advised in the premises does hereby approve said annexation.
NOW THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the following described area in
Exhibit "A", attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference be annexed
to Black Butte Rural Fire Protection District.
