This matter having come before the Board of County Commissioners

sitting regularly for the transaction of County business, and it appearing
7
to the Board that the County acquired title to Tax Lots-2300 and 2303+ Code 1-1,
8
tax map 171229CC on May 5, 1977, upon failure of Frank Phillips and Dorothy
9
J. Phillips to redeem said property within the statutory period, and
10
it further appearing to the Board that ORS 275.180 authorizes sale of
11
property acquired by the County for delinquent taxes, provided that the
12
sale is for an amount not less than the amount of taxes and accrued interest
13
charged against said property at the time of purchase by the County with
14
interest thereon as prescribed by ORS 311.505 from the date of acquisition
15
by the County,
16
NOW THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that Deschutes County sell and
17
convey to Frank Phillips and Dorothy J. Phillips Tax Lots-2300 and-;2303, Code 1-1,

Tax map 171229CC as shown in the records of the Deschutes County Assessor,

a
subject to all liens or claims arising out of any assessment for local

improvements levied against such property, all liens and encumbrances

of record, or reasonably apparent from inspection of the premises, and

25 IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that said conveyance shall not be made until
26 Deschutes County has received from said Frank Phillips and Dorothy J. Phillips

1 the total sum of delinquent taxes and interest accrued and charged against
2 such property at the time of purchase by said County with interest thereon
3 as stated above from the date of its acquisition of the property.
