This matter coming on for Hearing, this having been the time heretofore set
for Final Hearing on a petition for annexation of property to Rural Fire Protection
District No. 2, and it appearing that said petition for annexation has heretofore
been approved by the Board of Directors of the Rural Fire Protection District No.
2, that notice of Hearing on said annexation has been given as by law required,
and that no persons have appeared at siad Hearing to oppose or object to said
annexation, and the Board being advised in the premises does hereby approve said
annexation.
NOW THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the following described area be and
it is hereby annexed to the Rural Fire Protection District No. 2, Deschutes County,
Oregon:
That portion of the EZ E2 of Section 14 and the W2 W2 of Section 13,
Township 17 South, Range 11, E.W.M., described as follows:
Commencing at the southwest corner of the SEZ of the said Section 14,
thence easterly along the south boundary of Sections 14 and 13 to the
east line of Stag Drive; thence northerly along the east line of Stag
Drive to the east line of Buck Drive; thence northwesterly along the
northeasterly line of Buck Drive to the east line of Fawn Lane; thence
northerly along the east line of Fawn Lane a distance of 735 feet more
or less; thence on an arc around the cul-de-sac of Fawn Lane a distance
of 170.83 feet; thence north 11 25'96" east 299.44 feet to the east line
of said Section 14; thence northerly along the east line of Section 14
to the northeast corner of said Section 14; thence westerly along the
north line of Section 14 to the easterly right-of-way of Johnson Road;
thence southwesterly along the easterly right-of-way line of Johnson
Road to the west line of the E2 EZ of Section 14; thence south along
the west line of the EZ E2 of Section 14 to the south line of Section
14, being the point of beginning. EXCEPTING THEREFROM the following
tracts heretofore annexed by the Board of County Commissioners amended
order dated November 8, 1976:
1. Beginning at the corner of Sections 11, 12, 13 and 14 of Township
17 South, Range 11, E.W.M., and running thence south 1 36'20" west,
168.0 feet; thence south 49 47'20" west, 78.4 feet; thence north
87 57'35" west, 368.0 feet to the easterly right-of-way line of
Johnson Road; thence north 37 20'05" east, 262.0 feet along said
right-of-way to the north line of Section 14; thence south 89
25'14" east, 273.5 feet to the point of beginning; and

2. That part of the following described parcel lying within the said
NE14 NE14 of Section 14: Beginning at the northwest corner of Section
13 and the northeast corner of Section 14, which point is. north 00
21' east 2625.75 feet from the 14 corner common to said section;
thence south.340 08' east 772.48 feet to the true point of beginning;
thence south 90 02' east 320.0 feet; thence south 730 11' west 126.80
feet; thence north 890 57' west 887.47 feet; thence north 850 30' west
201.17 feet; thence south 30 47' west 317.12 feet; thence north 890 00'
08" west 50.06 feet; thence north 760 00' west 400.12 feet more or
less to a point on the southeasterly right-of-way line. of Johnson Road;
thence northeasterly along said right-of-way line to a point that is
north 860 04' west 1128.60 feet more or less from the true point of
beginning; thence south 860 04' east 1128.60 feet more or less to the.
point of beginning.
