BE IT RESOLVED that the appropriation in the amount of $ 7,000.00 is hereby transferred within the General Fund of Deschutes County as follows: FROM TO Other County Contributions Juvenile (Organizational Unit) (Organizational Unit) Operating Contg. Line item 16-270 (detention) is presently over expended by $1989.00 with three months remaining in this fiscal year. We also owe Klamath -County approximately $2000.00 at this time for detention from January 1978 through December 31, 1978. I am re- questing that $7000.00 from the operating contingency be transferred to the materials -and services category (16-270) in order to have sufficient funds to complete the year.
