Dear Sirs:
The materials -and services category of the Juvenile Court budget
will soon be over expended. Line item 16-270 (detention) is presently
over expended by $1989.00 with three months remaining in this fiscal
year. We also owe Klamath -County approximately $2000.00 at this time

questing that $7000.00 from the operating contingency be transferred
to the materials -and services category (16-270) in order to have
sufficient funds to complete the year.
