IN THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF THE STATE OF OREr IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that pursuant to ORS 310.330, on August 14, 1979, a special election by held to permit a special levy for financing the operation of the Deschutes County Assessor, County Clerk, Planning Department, Building Maintenance, District Attorney, District Court, Corrections, Juvenile Department, Sheriff's Department, Home Health, Watermaster, Commissioners, Administration and Personnel, Surveyor, and other County Contributions, as shown on Exhibit A"," attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference. Said levy will be outside the limitation of six percent (6%) imposed by Article XI, Section 11, of the Oregon Constitution, in the fiscal year beginning July 1, 1979, and ending June 30, 1980. The approximate amount to be raised over this period will be $771,801.00. The maximum rate of levy shall be $.51 per thousand dollars of true cash value of taxable property. Such funds are to be expended for the support of the needed level of operations of the Deschutes County offices and departments described above. DATED this 1b y of July, 1979.
