This matter coming before the Carmission upon the petition of
Helen Rastovich as Tax Collector, for City of Prineville Railway;
PO Box 338; Prineville, Or 97754
It appeearing that the Department of Revenue ordered the 1977-78
taxes striken from the rolls;
It appearing that it is necessary to refund the amount so
paid,
IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED, pursuant to Chapter 311.806, Oregon
Revised Statutes, that Helen Rastovich, as Tax Collector refund the
amount of $1,436.20
