WHEREAS:
1. This matter came before the Board of Commissioners upon the Motion
of Chairman Shepard on August 22, 1979; and
2. On August 8, 1979, the Planning Commission recommended reversal of
the action of the Planning Director to disapprove MP-78-198, James C. Stafford,
Applicant; and
3. On August 16, 1979, the Board studied the final drawing of this partition
and noted that the zoning is represented to be RR-1, and took administrative
notice that the zoning is actually A-I in the area shown on the drawing, and it
was further noticed that the acreage minimum in the A-1 Zone is five acres net,
and that MP-78-198 proposes to create two 22-acre lots;
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED

County:Surveyor, by First Class Mail.
