This matter came before the regular term of the Board of County Commissioners
on the motion of Commissioner Shepard on August 22, 1979.
WHEREAS:
IT APPEARS from the record in this matter that the Preliminary Plat was
approved by the Hearings Officer on August 10, 1979, and the Preliminary Plat
includes lands located approximately six miles west of Terrebonne, and consists
of ten-acre lots; and

on this application that the approval may violate LCDC Goal 5
included in the Planning Department's inventory of gravel and

NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that:
1. Pursuant to Section 13.000 of County Procedural Ordinance PL-9, the
Board of County Commissioners on September 12, 1979 at 1:30 p.m. in the Commissioner's
Conference Room Deschutes County Courthouse Annex, Bend,` dregon, will conduct a
hearing to review the Hearings Officer's approval of Preliminay Plat No. 555, Lower
Bridge Estates, Stacy and William Johnson, Applicants.
2. At this hearing the applicants and all parties entitled to notice pursuant
to Ordinance PL-9 may appear, be heard, and be represented by counsel.
3. Copies of this Order shall be sent to the applicants by certified mail,
and by First Class mail to applicants' attorney, David Jaqua, Esq., and all
persons entitled to notice of the initial hearing.
