FOR DESCHUTES COUNTY
In the Matter of Annexation )
to HILLMAN ADDITION SANITARY ) ORDER
DISTRICT )
This matter coming on for hearing and this having been the time heretofore
set for final hearing on a petition for annexation of property to HILLMAN
ADDITION SANITARY DISTRICT; and IT APPEARING that said petition for annexation
has heretofore been approved by the Board of Directors of HILLMAN ADDITION
SANITARY DISTRICT, that notice of hearing on said annexation has been given
as by law required, and that no persons have appeared at said hearing to oppose
or object to said annexation; and the Board being advised in the premises,
does hereby approve said annexation;
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the following-described area
be, and hereby is, ANNEXED to HILLMAN ADDITION SANITARY DISTRICT, Deschutes
County, Oregon:
Lots 3 through 30 inclusive in Block 43, and Lots 1 through 5
inclusive and Lots 10 through 32 inclusive in Block 44 and all
of Blocks 45, 46, 47, 48, 61, 62, 63, 64, 65, 66, 80, 81, 82,
and 83, all according to the original plat of HILLMAN, Deschutes
County, Oregon, together with those portions of those streets
and avenues now vacated and appurtenant thereto.
EXCEPTING THEREFROM all that portion lying Southerly and
Easterly of the following-described line:
Beginning at the intersection of the Northerly right-of-way
of "G" Avenue and The Dalles-California Highway (U.S. 97);
thence N 89° 59' 47" W, along the South line of said Block
83 and its Westerly projection, 335.38 feet; thence N 2° 33' 56"
W, 63.10 feet; thence N 89° 11' 01" W, 194.20 feet; thence
South 20° 30' 45" West, 560.60 feet to the Northerly right-
of-way line of "F" Avenue, plat of HILLMAN, Deschutes County,
Oregon.
