BE IT REMEMBERED, That at a regular meeting of the County Commission
held this 21st day of November, 1979, with all three Commissioners present,
the following business was transacted and approved noted from November 21, 1979
through December 5, 1979.
IN THE MATTER OF
An Ordinance Regulating Alarm Equipment, Alarm Equipment Supplies, Alarm Monitoring
Services, and Security Personnel:
At this time the Commission approved the above -referenced ordinance
to be in effect immediately.
IN THE MATTER OF
The Vacation of Portions of Cline Falls Road:
At this time the Commission setting the hearing date for this matter
on November 21, 1979.
IN THE MATTER OF
Resolution Transferring an Appropriation within General Fund, Deschutes County:
At this time the Commission approved a transfer from GH -Family
Planning, Personnel Services 40-20-10C to GH -Family Planning, Material and
Services 40-20-299 in the amount of $212.16..
IN THE MATTER OF
Resolution Transferring an Appropriation within General Fund, Deschutes, County:
At this time:the Commission approved a transfer from County Clerk
Materials and Servide, 01-05-224 to County Clerk Capitol Outlay, 01-05-301 in
the amount of $105.00.
IN THE MATTER OF
"Transfer of Funds:
At this time the Commission approved a transfer of funds in the
amount of $30.40 from Marine Patrol fund to CETA expenditures.
IN THE MATTER OF
Declaration of Dedication:
At this time the Commission approved a declaration of dedication from
Alan Shrader and Gwendolyn Shrader for a parcel of land described in the
dedication for roadway and utility purposes.
IN THE MATTER OF
Increase of Petty Cash Fund for Sanitation Department:
At this time the Commission approved an order increasing the Petty
Cash fund for the Sanitation Department from $25.00 to $50.00.
IN THE MATTER OF
Correction and Transfer of Funds:
At this time the Commission approved an order in the above -referenced
matter to change line item on check $14385 in the amount of $80,731.14 from
line item 05-50-361 General Road Fund, to line item 06-51-361 Road Reserve.

BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS
IN THE MATTER OF
Donation of Certain County Lands to the City of Bend:
At this time the Commission approved a resolution with the
intention of conveying a parcel of land described within said resolution to
the City of Bend and that on December 19, 1979 will hold a hearing on the
matter to hear objection to the transfer of the property.
IN THE MATTER OF
CU 78-3, The Remington Arms:
At this time the Commission approved an order in regard to an
appeal of an approval by the Planning Commission of a conditional use application
for a mobile home planned unit developement in the urban growth boundary of
Redmond. The conditional use was granted, and entered nunc pro tunc as of
August 8, 1979.
IN THE MATTER OF
Memorandun of Agreement:
At this time the Commission approved a memorandum of Agreement
entered into by the County and B. & P. Janitorial Service. This agreement
supersedes the agreement signed+September...14, 1979.
IN THE MATTER OF
Amendment to the Deschutes County Ordinance Creating a Planning Commission:
At this time the Commission approved this amendment to PL -1 to
take effect immediately.
IN THE MATTER OF
Annexation to Rural Fire Protection District #2(McConuell):
At this time the Commission approved this notice of final hearing
to issue a final order for said annexation.
IN THE MATTER OF
Personnel Actions:
Terminated Michael J. Heath from the Road Department effective October 1,
1979.
Placed Heath J. McClenaghan on the Assessor's payroll at $548 per
month effective November 27, 1979.
Terminated Thomas Charles Howes from the Dist. Attorney effective
November 30, 1979.
Placed Michael A. Maier on the Dept. of Admin & Pers. at $1,820.00
per month effective November 1, 1979 as a 5% six month increase.
Terminated Sharren E. Wiltsey from Juvenile effective October 8, 1979.
Placed John Kenneth Glover on the Sanitation payroll at $1,865 per
month effective November 1, 1979 as a merit increase.
Placed George B. Cress on the Planning Dept. payroll at $962 per month
effective November 1, 1979 as a merit increase.
Placed James Healy on the District Court payroll at $3.21 per hour
effective November 20, 1979.
Placed Linda E. Phillips on the District Court payroll at $651.00 per
month effective November 1, 1979.
