IN THE MATTER OF Annexation to Sisters Rural Fire Protection District: At this time the Commission set Wednesday, January 2, 1980 at 10:00 a.m. at the Deschutes Courthouse Annex Conference Room A, Bend, Oregon as the final hearing date and time for this matter. IN THE MATTER OF Vacation of All that Portion of the Alley in Block 6, Lying Between Second Street and Third Street: At this time the Commission set January 16, 1.980 as the,date for any and all objections to the above -referenced vacation. IN THE MATTER OF Vacation of Ninth Street west from Riverview to Bend -Sisters Hwy; Tenth Street east from Riverview to Bend -Sisters Hwy; Wharton Avenue south from Eighth Street to Bend -Sisters Hwy; Alley south from Ninth to Bend Hwy: At this time the Commission set January 16, 1980 as the date when objections can be heard for or against this vacation. IN THE MATTER OF In The Matter of Zoning and Building Permit Applications for the Redmond Urban Area: At this time the Commission approved an order regarding the issuance and conformance of building permits to the Redmond Urban Area Comprehensive Plan. The City of Redmond has asked that all building permits conform to the Redmond Area Comprehensive Plan. IN THE MATTER OF The Bend Bowmen Lease: At this time the Commission approved and entered into a lease with the Bend Bowmen for the property and terms set out in the lease agreement dated December 11, 1979. IN THE MATTER OF Establishment of: That portion of Targee Drive;That Portion of Springcrest Drive; That portion of Chuckanut Drive; That portion of Volare Lane;That portion of Holly Court;That portion of Hiller Drive; That portion of Gunwood Lane;That portion of Dover Lane; At this time the Commission set January 16, 1979 as the date when remonstrances will be heard regarding the establishments of the above -referenced roads. IN THE MATTER OF Exchange of Certain Real Property with the City of Redmond: At this time the Commission conveyed to the City of Redmond some i �+o 33 rAtE 646 property not needed for public use so long as the City of Redmond uses it for public purposes, including but not limited to those specified in ORS 271.510-- 271.530. IN THE MATTER OF Declaration of Dedication: At this time the Commission accepted a dedication from Cecil F. Gray and Helen B. Gray a parcel of land for roadway and utility purposes pursuant to ORS 368.546. IN THE MATTER OF State Parks with the Bend Urban Growth Boundary: At this time the Commission resolved to intend to adopt a zoning amendment, mutually agreed to by the City of Bend, that will allow as outright permitted uses the rehabilitation, replacement routine repair and minor improvements of existing facilities in Robert W. Sayer and Pilot Butte Parks. IN THE MATTER OF Sewer Easement: At this time the Commission of Deschutes County conveyed to the City of Bend a sewer facilities easement on December 7, 1979. IN THE MATTER OF Cash Transfer to Insurance Reserve Fund: At this time the Commission transfered substantive amounts from each of the following funds into the Insurance Reserve Fund: General Fund $144,527; Library Fund 1,262; Solid Waste Fund $5,000; Road Fund $70,000; Dog Control Fund $1,350; Marine Patrol Fund $950; Family Planning Fund $450; 11th Judicial Fund $2,070--$225,609.00 total transfer to Insurance Reserve Fund. IN THE MATTER OF Site Plan SP 79-108 Young and Morgan Timber Company, Applicants: At this time the Commission approved an amended motion to dismiss in this matter on the grounds that County Ordinance PL -9 does not provide for the appeal of a site plan in the manner sought by the Appellant. IN THE MATTER OF An Amendment to Deschutes County Subdivision Ordinance Allowing a Revivial of Expired Preliminary Approvals by Order of the Governing Body: At this time the Commission approved an amendment in the above referenced matter allowing the revival of preliminary plats as set out in the amended Ordinance.
