In the Matter of the Vacation of )
All That Portion of the Alley )
in Block 6, Lying Between Second ) R E S O L U T I O N
Street and Third Street. )
This matter coming before the Board of County Commissioners upon the
petition of David A. Buck, Deschutes County, Oregon requesting the vacation of
all that portion of the Alley in Block 6, lying between Second Street and Third
Street.
And it further appearing that it is necessary to consider this vacation
for reasons of maintenance and access; and the Board of County Commissioners feels
this change should be made to serve the interests of all land owners in this area.
IT IS, THEREFORE, HEREBY RESOLVED that it is the intention of the Board
of County Commissioners to vacate the following described to -wit:
The alleyway that runs through the entire Block #6 between
Second Street and Third Street in the township of Laidlaw,
in the NEII Section 31, Township 16 South, Range 12 East of the
Willamette Meridian, Deschutes County, Oregon.
IT IS, THEREFORE, ORDERED, that copies of this Resolution, duly certified
by the County Clerk, shall be posted in three of the most public and conspicuous
Places in the town or within the limits of the platted acreage, and that a copy of
this Resolution be placed on the bulletin board in the entrance of the Deschutes
County Courthouse and Courthouse Annex, Bend, Oregon; that January 16 „1980 , in
the Courthouse Annex, Bend, Oregon, be and the same is hereby fixed as the time
and place for the hearing of objections, if any, why said portion of the road
should not be vacated.
