Environmental Quality to Deschutes
County
BE IT Resolved by the Deschutes County Board of Commissioners:
THAT THE Board of Commissioners authorizes Jon A. Oshel, who is
the Office Engineer of the public Works Department, to file an "Offer and
Acceptance of State Grant for Solid Waste Disposal Facilities" to the
Oregon Department of Environmental Quality for a grant for the development
of the Negus Sanitary Landfill.
THAT the Board of Commissioners agree that if a State Grant is
made, Deschutes County will execute its portion of the agreement.
Adopted this 21st day of April, 1978.
