7 The Board of County Commissioners for Deschutes County, Oregon
8 ordains as follows:
9 That Deschutes County Ordinance PL -1, an ordinance of the County
10 of Deschutes creating a Planning Commission, is amended to read as
11 follows: (Parts in parentheses are deleted; parts underlined are
12 added) :
13 Section 3 of PL -1 is amended to read as follows:
14 Section 3. MEMBERSHIP OF PLANNING COMMISSION. The Planning
15 Commission shall consist of seven (7) members appointed by the
16 (County Court) Board of County Commissioners for four -year terms
17 and shall be selected from districts of the county as follows: One (1)
18 member from (each of the Planning Commissions of) the cities of Bend,
19 Redmond and Sisters, and four (4) members at large selected from
20 unincorporated areas of the county so as to provide adequate urban and
