6 Now on this Z.'L day of March 1978, there comes on for
7 consideration by the above-entitled Board of Commissioners, duly
8 convened for the transaction of County business, the matter of the
9 designation of a newspaper for the publication of the Deschutes County
10 1977 Foreclosure List, prepared by the Deschutes County Tax Collector,
11 as notice of the initiation of the proceeding by Deschutes County,
12 for the foreclosure of liens of delinquent taxes against the several
13 properties therein described, and
14 IT APPEARING TO THE BOARD that The Bulletin, published in
15 Deschutes County, Oregon, is a newspaper of general circulation in
16 said County, and in all respects qualified to publish said foreclosure
17 list;
18 NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that The Bulletin be and
19 the same hereby is, designated as the newspaper in which said
N 20 Foreclosure List shall be published; and
