RESOLUTION NO. 2004-063 BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF DESCHUTES COUNTY, OREGON, ACTING AS THE GOVERNING BODY OF THE DESCHUTES COUNTY 911 COUNTY SERVICE DISTRICT, as follows: Section 1. That the Board of County Commissioners of Deschutes County, Oregon, acting as the governing body of the Deschutes County 911 County Service District, hereby imposes the taxes provided for in the 2004-05 adopted budget at the tax rate of $0.2518, and that these taxes are hereby levied and categorized for tax year 2004-05 upon the assessed value of all taxable property within the district. Subject to General Excluded from Govt Limitation Limitation Rate Levied within Permanent Tax Rate 0.1618/$1,000 Local Option Operating Tax Rate 0.0900/$1,000 Section 2. That the amounts for the fiscal year beginning July 1, 2004, and for the purposes shown below, are hereby appropriated as follows: GENERALFUND Personal Services 2,364,242 Materials and Services 503,840 Capital Outlay 289,500 Interfund Transfers 130,000 General Operating Contingency 781,618 Fund Total: 4,069,200 1 - RESOLUTION NO. 2004-063 EQUIPMENT RESERVE FUND Unappropriated 278.000 Fund Total: 278,000 Total District Requirement: 4,347,200 Section 3.
