RESOLUTION NO. 2004-065 BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF DESCHUTES COUNTY, OREGON, ACTING AS THE GOVERNING BODY OF THE DESCHUTES COUNTY EXTENSION AND 4-H SERVICE DISTRICT, as follows: Section 1. That the Board of County Commissioners of Deschutes County, Oregon, acting as the governing body of the Deschutes County Extension and 4-H Service District, hereby imposes the taxes provided for in the 2004-2005 adopted budget at the tax rate of $0.0224, and that these taxes are hereby levied and categorized for tax year 2004-2005 upon the assessed value of all taxable property within the district. Subject to General Excluded from Govt Limitation Limitation Rate Levied Within Permanent Rate Limit 0.0224/$1,000 Section 2. That the amounts for the fiscal year beginning July 1, 2004, and for the purposes shown below, are hereby appropriated as follows: GENERALFUND Personal Services 176,191 Materials and Services 115,010 Capital Outlay 1,600 General Operating Contingency 22,659 Total General Fund Appropriation 315,460 Unappropriated Balance 48,500 Fund Total: 363,960 Total District Requirement: 363,960 1 - RESOLUTION NO. 2004-065 Section 3.
