RESOLUTION NO. 2004-067 BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF DESCHUTES COUNTY, OREGON, ACTING AS THE GOVERNING BODY OF THE BLACK BUTTE RANCH COUNTY SERVICE DISTRICT, as follows: Section 1. That the Board of County Commissioners of Deschutes County, Oregon, acting as the governing body of the Black Butte Ranch County Service District, hereby imposes the taxes provided for in the 2004-2005 adopted budget at the tax rate of $1.0499, and that these taxes are hereby levied and categorized for tax year 2004-2005 upon the assessed value of all taxable property within the district. Subject to General Excluded from Govt Limitation Limitation Rate Levied within Permanent Rate Limit 1.0499/$1,000 Section 2. That the amounts for the fiscal year beginning July 1, 2004, and for the purposes shown below, are hereby appropriated as follows: GENERALFUND Personal Services 424,755 Materials and Services 100,477 Capital Outlay 32,000 General Operating Contingency 25,000 Total General Fund Appropriation 582,232 Unappropriated Balance 140.000 Fund Total: 722,232 1 - RESOLUTION NO. 2004-067 Section 3.
