It apprearing that the taxes were paid in error,
It appearing that it is necessary to refund the amount so
paid,
IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED, pursuant to Chapter 311.806, Oregon
Revised Statutes, that Helen Rastovich, as Tax Collector refund the
amount of $404.22
