Borrowing Money from
the General Fund for
the Library, Road Dept.,
Service Coordinator and
Parent Trainer Funds
This matter coming before the Commission upon the
petition of the Treasurer, and the Commission having made
investigation and being advised;
IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the Deschutes County Treasurer
by authority of ORS 294.460 borrow from the General Fund to
meet the operating expenses of the Library, Road Dept., Service
Coordinator and Parent Trainer Funds, until such time as funds
are received and returned to the General Fund.
