Ferns, Allen W. Campbell, Carol E. Brewer, Gladys I. Brewer, Gordon E. Brewer, and D. D. Stolberg all of LaPine, Deschutes County, Oregon, requesting the vacation of portions of Fifth and Hill Streets in LaPine, Oregon as described below: In Section 15 Township 22 South, Range 10 East, Willamette Meridian, being that portion of Fifth Street and Hill Street beginning at the NW corner of Blk. 35 of the plat of LaPine, thence east 150.53 feet, thence N 30°28'00" E 127.14 feet, thence north 118.34 feet, thence S 30°28'00" W 194.83 feet, thence west feet, thence south 60 feet to the true point of beginning. 115.00 BEto ) That there is on file and of record in the Deschutes County Clerk's office the approval of said Deschutes County Board of Commissioners, in and to the said vacation as herein set forth, That there is also on file and of record the certificate of W. C. Kauffman, Professional Land Surveyor, swearing to the placing and posting of notice of the aforesaid vacation on three places within the limits of the area to be vacated, and one notice posted on the Bulletin Board at the Deschutes County Courthouse, and one notice posted at the Courthouse Annex. That the reasons have been set forth by the petitioner for the necessity of the vacation which has been petitioned, and it appearing to the Commission that the petition has been filed with the County Clerk for thirty days or more previous to the 18th day of May, 1977, and the Commission being fully advised in the premises, NOW THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED of Fifth and Hill Streets in LaPine, Oregon, vacated, as there were no objections at such 1977. that the above described portions shall be and the same is hereby hearing held Wednesday, May 18, Dated this 18th day of May, 1977.
