from A-1, Exclusive Agricultural to
SR-1, Suburban Residential

This matter coming before the County Board of Commissioners upon the Planning
Commission's recommendation, who held a public hearing on this issue, June
8, 1977, and unanimously recommended approval,
And it further appearing to the Board upon the Planning Commission record in
this matter that the following findings of fact were established:
1. The zone change conforms with the Comprehensive Plan.
2. That there is a public need for more urban lot development is shown by the
Comprehensive Plan and the rapid growth of the area.
3. That the public need is best satisfied by re-zoning this particular parcel
is shown by the fact that other property in the area has been approved qor
similar development, and by the fact that the area is designated as a develop-
ment alternative by the Comprehensive Plan.
And it further appearing to the Board that these facts support the proposed
zone change, and
The County Commission deeming this action to be in the public interest,
IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the zoning of the following described property be
changed from A-1, Exclusvie Agricultural to SR-1, Suburban Residential as shown
on the attached map and described as follows:
T18S, R12E, Section 21, tax lot 501, 4 mile West of the
intersection of Murphy Road and Sipchen Road.
Done by the order of the Board of Commissioners this 6th day of July, 1977,
to become effective immediately.
