25-45-Order Recorded 7/6/1977voi 2 F cr 5 IN THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS IN THE STATE OF OREGON FOR THE COUNTY OF DESCHUTES In the Matter of O R D E R Amending Deschutes County Zoning ) Ordinance No. PL-5 ) This matter coming before the Deschutes County Board of Commissioners upon the Planning Commission's recommendation, who held a public hearing on this issue, June 22, 1977, and umanimously recommended approval, and The County Commission deeming this action to be necessary and in the public interest, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the Deschutes County Zoning Ordinance No. PL-5 be amended as follows:to delete the sentence underlined below: Article 5. Section 5.080 Temporary Use Permit. (Delete sentence underlined) 2. Temporary Emergency Use: A temporary permit to a specified time limit for a trailer house in a residential zone may be granted by the Planning Commission as a Conditional Use pursuant to Article 6 when it is determined that an emergency exists. Such emergency shall be considered only when supported by a Medical Doctor's certificate and testimony. A person qualifying for a temporary permit shall be a member of the family residing on the property. A request for a temporary permit shall be made in writing to the Planning Commission and shall be accompanied by the Doctor's certificate.
