The zone change is consistent with the Bend Urban Area Comprehensive Plan . 2. This is demonstrated by its conformance with the Bend Urban Area Comprehensive Plan. 3. The other developments in the area have been highly successful thus demonstrating a public need in the area. And it further appearing to the Board that these facts support the proposed zone change, and The County Commission deeming this action to be in the public interest, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the zoning,of the following described property be changed from A-1, Exclusive Agricultural to SR-1, Suburban Residential as shown on the attached map and described as follows: T18S, R12E, Section 21, tax lot 500 off of Woodside Road Done by the order of the Board of County Commissioners this 15 day of June, 1977, to become effective immediately. voL 24 tArE 715 i Page 2.
