This matter coming before the County Board of Commissioners upon the Planning
Commission's recommendation, who held a public hearing on this issue,
January 26, 1977, and unanimously recommended approval,
And it appearing to the Board upon reviewing the Planning Commission record
in this matter that the following facts were established:
1. The proposed development resulting from the zone change is consistent
with the Comprehensive Plan.
2. The property consists of a large rock outcropping which is identified
on the Comprehensive Plan and is proposed to be preserved in the applicant's
proposal.
3. The density of the development is commensurate with the plan objectives
in that the area is served by a community sewer system and community
water system.
4. The proposed use for the zone change would be comptaible with existing
development of Crown Villa which will possess an open space concept for
residential living.
5. The proposed use would have adequate traffic accessibility from
Brosterhous Road which is classified as a collector street on the
Comprehensive Plan.
6. The increased housing densities in this area is supported by the
evidence of schools and proposed future schools.
And it further appearing to the Board that these facts support the proposed
zone change, and
IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the zoning of the following described property
be changed from A-1, Exclusive Agricultural and R-2, Urban Residential, Multi-
family to PD, Planned Unit Development, as shown on the attached map and
described as follows:

Section 16, tax lots 608, 605, 601, 502, 604 and 618.
Done by the order of the Board of County Commissioners this 16th day
