Helen Rastovich as Tax Collector, for Leslie H. Gilbertson, Star
Route 2, Box 370, LaPine, Or 97739
It appeaaring that the assessed value was lowered by an Assessor's
journal voucher thus creating an overpayment,
It appearing that it is necessary to refund the amount so
paid,
IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED, pursuant to Chapter 311.806, Oregon
Revised Statutes, that Helen Rastovich, as Tax Collector refund the
amount of $21.14
