Fronabarger from A-1, Exclusive Agricultural to SR-1, Suburban Residential ORDER VOL 24 PAGE 431 This matter coming before the County Board of Commissioners upon the Planning Commission's recommendation, who held a public hearing on this issue, March 23, 1977, and unanimously recommended approval, And it appearing to the Board upon reviewing the Planning Commission record in this matter that the following facts were established: 1. The change is in conformance with statewide planning goals as the proposed zone change is consistent with the Bend Urban Area Com- prehensive Plan. 2. The zone change is consistent with the Bend Urban Area Comprehensive Plan. 3. A public need has been demonstrated for this zone change as recent subdivision activity in this area has been completely sold. 4. As this property is surrounded on 3 sides by an SR-1 zone, it would be a compatible change consistent with existing land use and develop- ment in the area. And it further appearing to the Board that these facts support the proposed zone change, and The County Commission deeming this action to be in the public interest, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the zoning of the following described property be changed from A-l, Exclusive Agricultural,-to SR-I.,,.Suburban.Residential as shown on the attached map and described as follows: T18S, R12E, Section 10, tax lot 100 at the intersection of Arnold Market Road and Reed Market Road. y VOL 24 PACE 431 Page 2.
