BE IT REMEMBERED, that at a term of the Board of County Commissioners
of Deschutes County, Oregon, begun and held at the County Courthouse in Bend in
said County on Tuesday, November 16, 1976, the same being a term of said Board
of County Commissioners sitting for the transaction of County business, at which
time the Board of County Commissioners legally, by resolution, proposed the
establishment of Dorrance Meadow Road.
That on the said Tuesday, November 16, 1976, the Board of County Com-
missioners did consider that a public necessity existed for the establishment
of said road hereinafter described, and did order that legal notice be given,
and appointed Wednesday, December 15, 1976, as the day of hearing on the establish-
ment of Dorrance Meadow Road.
And now at this time it appearing to the Board of County Commissioners
that due notice of this intention and this proceeding has been given, as by law
required, for thirty (30) days or more preceding the day named in said resolu-
tion and said notice for a hearing hereon; and this being after the date for
hearing objections to such establishment, if any therebe, and there were none.
IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED AND DECREED That Dorrance Meadow Road shall be
established as described in said resolution and by order herein as follows, to-wit:

NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS FURTHER ORDERED That the Deschutes County Surveyor
shall file a plat of said road, as surveyed on the ground, with the road records
of Deschutes County.

Dorrance Meadow Road
Commencing at the East Quarter Corner of Section 17
in Township 22 South, Range 10 East of the Willamette
Meridian, Deschutes County, Oregon; thence South 890
36' 30" West along the southerly line of the north-
east quarter of said Section 17, a distance of 627.79
feet; thence North 010 09' 39" West 30.00 feet to the
point of beginning; thence along the center line of a
60 foot right-of-way lying 30 feet each side of said
center line, North 010 09' 39" West 1,275.56 feet to
the northerly line of the SW,14 of the NEB of Section
17; thence continuing North 010 09' 39" West, along
the center line of a 100 foot right-of-way lying 50
feet on each side of the center line, 9.53 feet;
thence along the arc of 670.70 foot radius curve to
the right 218.97 feet, the long chord of which bears
North 080 11' 32" East 218.00 feet; thence along the
arc of a 688.61 foot radius curve to the left 219.07
feet, the long chord of which bears North .080 25' 54"
East 218.15 feet; thence North 000 40' 57" West 329.53
feet to a point on the southerly boundary of the sub-
division of Deschutes River Acres First Addition,
being North 890 19' 03" East 30.00 feet from the south-
west corner of Lot 2 in Block 5 of said subdivision;
thence continuing North 000 40' 57" West along the
center line of a 60 foot right-of-way lying 30 feet
on each side of the center line and parallel with the
west line of said Lot 2, 295.00 feet to the intersec-
tion of Deer Avenue of said subdivision; thence South
890 19' 03" West 512.75 feet along the center line of
said Deer Avenue, being a 50 foot right-of-way lying
25 feet on each side of the center line; thence North
000 40' 57" West along the center line of a 50 foot
right-of-way, 25 feet lying on each side of the center
line and said center line being 2.80 feet West and
parallel to the East line of Lot 9 Block 1 of said
subdivision, a distance of 240.00 feet the northerly
boundary of Deschutes River Acres First Addition and
the center line of Rim Drive in the subdivision of
LaPine Acres; thence North 000 42' 02" West along the
center line of Rim Drive, being a 50 foot right-of-way
lying 25 feet on each side of the center line, a dis-
tance of 1,305.38 feet to the northerly boundary line
of LaPine Acres and there terminating.
