WHEREAS, ti
Deschutes County, Oregon is the owner of the real property hereinafter
described, and the Board of Commissioners deems it for the best interest of said County
to sell this real property:
THEREFORE, BE IT ORDERED that the Sheriff be and he is hereby authorized and
directed to sell by public auction at 10:00 a.m. on October 29, 1976 on the Courthouse steps
