Be It Remembered, that at a term of the Board of County Commissioners,
begun and held at the County Courthouse in Bend, in said county on the 6th day
of October, 1976 and continued from day to day thereafter to and including the
date of the Resolution the same being a term of said Board of County Commissioners
sitting for the transaction of County business, and at which time said Board of
County Commissioners may, by Resolution, propose any county road, the following
among other proceedings was had:
WHEREAS, it is hereby considered that a public necessity exists for the
resurvey, legalization, and establishment of the road hereinafter described, said
Board of County Commissioners does hereby declare its intention to establish a
new location of the road hereinafter described and to vacate those protions of the
old road not included within the limits of this description:

NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the County Roadmaster or his
duly qualified deputy, shall give notice of this Resolution by posting true copies
thereof, properly certified to as such by the County Clerk, at the place of holding
County Court and also at three public places in the vicinity of said proposed road
thirty days previous to the consideration of this Resolution by the Board of County
Commissioners, notifying all persons concerned that said Resolution will be con-
sidered and passed upon by this Board of County Commissioners at a meeting on the
17th day of November, 1976 at which time the Board of County Commissioners will
consider any objections or remonstrances which may be filed on account of said
proposed road.

A strip of land 50 feet wide, lying 25 feet on each side of the
following described center line:
Beginning at the intersection of the center line of WILSON ROAD
and the easterly right-of-way line of SO. CANAL BOULEVARD (formerly
known as the OLD DALLES-CALIFORNIA HIGHWAY); which point is located
135.21 feet North and 83.29 feet East of the Northwest corner of the
SW 1/4 NE 1/4 of Section 29, T15S, R13E, W.M., Deschutes County,
Oregon;
thence S44 -58-58E, 94.22 feet;
thence along the arc of a 114.59 foot radius curve concave to
the northeast 90.75 feet (the long chord of which bears S67p40'-18E,
88.40 feet);
thence parallel with, and 25.00 feet northerly of the North line
of said SW 1/4 NE 1/4 of Section 29, N89'38 -22E, 1000.52 feet;
thence along the arc of a 200foot radius curve concave to the
southwest 305.25 feet (the long chord of which bears S46'38' -10E,
276.48 feet);
thence S02 -54-42E,461.1 feet more or less to the right-of-way
line of THE DALLES-CALIFORNIA HIGHWAY (State Route 97), the terminus
of this description.
The bearings in this description are based on solar observations.
The said North line of the SW 1/4 NE 1/4 Section 29, T15S, R13E
W.M. is based on points found in the field and recorded on the plat
of WILSON ROAD in, the Deschutes County Surveyor's office; and also
recorded on the plat of SUNSHINE ADDITION in the Deschutes County
Clerk's office.
Right-of-way width equals fifty feet.
