This matter coming before the County Board of Commissioners upon
the Planning Commission's recommendation, who held a public
hearing on this issue , September 22, 1976, and unanimously
recommended approval,
And it appearing to the Board upon reviewing the Planning
Commission record in this matter that the following facts
were established:
1. This area is designated for urban residential development
and is consistent with the adopted Bend Urban Area
Comprehensive Plan.
And it further appearing to the Board that these facts
support the proposed zone change, and
The County Commission deeming this action to be in the
public interest,
IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the zoning of the following
described property be changed from A-1, Exclusive Agricultural
to SR-1, Suburban Residential, as shown on the attached map
and described as follows:
South of Reed Market Road, T18S, R12E, Section 10,
tax lot 600.
Done by the order of the Board of Commissioners this 20th
day of October, 1976, to become effective immediately.
