This area is designated for urban residential development and is consistent with the adopted Bend Urban Area Comprehensive Plan. And it further appearing to the Board that these facts support the proposed zone change, and The County Commission deeming this action to be in the public interest, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the zoning of the following described property be changed from A-1, Exclusive Agricultural to SR-1, Suburban Residential, as shown on the attached map and described as follows: South of Reed Market Road, T18S, R12E, Section 10, tax lot 600.
