Be It Remembered, that at a term of the Board of County Commissioners,
begun and held at the County Courthouse in Bend, in said County on Tuesday
November 16, 1976 and continued from day.to day thereafter to and including the
date of the Resolution the same being a term of said Board of County Commissioners
sitting for the transaction of County business, and at which time said Board of
County Commissioners may, by Resolution, propose any county road, the following
among other proceedings was had, to -wit:
WHEREAS, it is hereby considered that a public necessity exists for the
establishment of the road hereinafter described, said Board of County Commissioners
does hereby declare its intention to establish a county road in Deschutes County,
Oregon, by Resolution, described as follows, to -wit:

NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the County.Roadmaster or his
duly qualified deputy, shall give notice of this Resolution by posting true copies
thereof, properly certified to as such by the County Clerk, at the place of holding
County Court and also at three public places in the vicinity of said proposed road
thirty days previous to the consideration of this Resolution by the Board of County
Commissioners, notifying all persons concerned that said Resolution will be con-
sidered and passed upon by this Board of County Commissioners at a meeting on the
15th day of December,1976 at which time the Board of County Commissioners will
consider any objections or remonstrances which may be filed on account of said
proposed road.

Commencing at the East Quarter Corner of Section 17 in
Township 22 South, Range 10 East of the Willamette Meridian,
Deschutes County, Oregon; thence South 89° 36' 30" West
along the southerly line of the northeast quarter of
said Section 17, a distance of 627,79 feet; thence North
01° 09' 39" West 30.00 feet to the point of beginning;
thence along the center line of a 60 foot right-of-way
lying 30 feet each side of said center line, North 01°
09' 39" West 1,275.56 feet to the northerly line of
the SWIA of the NEI/4 of Section 17; thence continuing
North 01° 09' 39" West, along the center line of a
100 foot right-of-way lying 50 feet on each side of
the center line, 9.53 feet; thence along the arc of 670.70
foot radius curve to the right 218.97 feet, the long
chord of which bears North 08° II' 32" East 218.00 feet;
thence along the arc of a 688.61 foot radius cu.rve to
the left 219.07 feet, the long chord of which bears

40' 57" West 329.53 feet to a point on the southerly
boundary of the subdivision of Deschutes River Acres
First Addition, being North 89° 19' 03" East 30.00 feet
from the southwest corner of Lot 2 in Block 5 of said
subdivision; thence continuing North 00° 40' 57" West
along the center line of a 60 foot richt-of-way lying
30 feet on each side of the center line and parallel
with the west line of said ,dot 2, 295.00 feet to the'
intersection of Deer Avenue of said subdivision; thence
South 89° 19' 03" West 512.75 feet along the center line
of said Deer Avenue, being a 50 foot right-of-way lying
