This matter coming before the County Commission, upon the Planning
Commission's recommendation, who held a public hearing on this issue,
June 9, 1976, and unanimously recommended approval,
And whereas the zone change is consistent with the adopted
Comprehensive Plan and therefore deemed to be in the public interest,
IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the zoning of the following described
property be changed from C-1, Tourist Commercial to C-2, General
Commercial as shown on the attached map and described as follows:
Reed Highway Acreages, Section 2, Lot 16B, Township 18 South,
Range 12 East, Section 8 AA, tax lot 801 on the N.E. corner
of Reed Ave and U.S. Hwy. 97.
Done by the order of the Board of County Commissioners, this 7th
day of July, 1976, to become effective immediately.
