School facilities adequate to meet space require- ments for the increased population growth shall be developed and sites should be selected which will be accommodated by two major factors: 1) adequate major access in relation to the highest enrollment population is provided by Pengra- Huntington Road running North and South and Burgess Road running East and West, with U.S. Highway 97 having limited access as a scenic route, 2) the majority of school enroll- ment population is located North of the Lapine Townsite where new housing development has taken place and is expected to continue. Because of structural deficiencies, site area and space limitations for expanded school facilities, the existing site should be phased out. a f Page 2.
