This matter having come before the Deschutes County Board
of Commissioners at a regularly scheduled meeting on March 17,
1976; and due notice having been previously published, and a
hearing having been held, and it appearing to the Board that it
is in the best interest of Deschutes County to exchange the
below described property; and now therefore,
IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that Deschutes County convey to Horace
C. Fennell all that real property situated in Deschutes County,
State of Oregon, described as follows:
That portion of the NE4 of the NA of the SE4 of Section
4, T. 18 S., R. 13 E., W.M. lying northerly of the Oregon
State Highway 20 right of way. (containing 1.4 acres more
or less)
In return for conveyance to Deschutes County from Horace C.
Fennell all that real property situated in Deschutes County,
State of Oregon, described as follows:
That portion of the SWQ of the SW; of the NE4 of Section
4, T. 18 S., R. 13 E., W.M. lying southerly of the Oregon
State Highway 20 right of way. (containing 0.8 acres more
or less)
