This matter coming before the County Commission upon the Planning
Commission's recommendation, who held a public hearing on this issue,
April 14, 1976, and unanimously recommended approval,
And it appearing to the Board upon reviewing the Planning Commission
record in this matter that the following fact was established:
1. This zone change is in compliance with the Bend Urban Area Com-
prehensive Plan, which indicates Commercial zoning South of Highway
20 all the way out to Arnold Market Road.
And it further appearing to the Board that these facts support the
proposed zone change, and
The County Commission deeming this action to be in the public interest,
IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the zoning of the following described
property be changed from R-1, Urban Residential to C-2T, General Commercial
as shown on the attached map and described as follows:
Township 17 South, Range 12 East, Section 34, tax lot 400, South
of Pilot Butte adjacent to Highway 20 lying West of McCartney Drive.
Done by the order of the Board of Commissioners this 5th day of
May, 1976, to become effective immediately.
