Herwick, Lionel A. Barker, Jack B. Thornton, Eldon Robinson, Del Carpenter, Claurence O'Leary, Richard Hatch, Pat Dean, R. L. Coats, 0. W. Frasier, Jerry J. Curl, Bud Pollack, Sally A. Foster, Nora C. Bell, Marla Rae, Lorin Morgan, John Craig, Jon Oshel, Louis Selken, Lucia Venator, Secretary, and Glenda Bales, Secretary, were present at the morning session. IN THE MATTER OF ADOPTING RULES ESTABLISHING RULES AND PROCEDURES FOR CONTRACTS ENTERED INTO BY DESCHUTES COUNTY At this time the Commission resolved to adopt rules establishing rules and procedures for contracts entered into by Deschutes County. This action is necessary because the Deschutes County Board of Commissioners have been appointed the Contract Review Board for Deschutes County. IN THE MATTER OF ADOPTING AMENDED ROAD STANDARDS FOR DESCHUTES COUNTY At this time the Commission approved the adopting of amended road standards for Deschutes County. This matter insures proper construction and right-of-way provisions to accommodate todays needs. IN THE MATTER OF THE APPOINTMENT TO THE LIBRARY BOARD At this time the Commission appointed Kathy Walsh to the unexpired term of Linda Lynn on the Library Board. Her term to expire July 1, 1979. IN THE MATTER OF ANNEXATION TO RURAL FIRE PROTECTION DISTRICT NO. 2 At this time the Commission approved the Annexation to Rural Fire Protection District No. 2. SE -4; S. X4 of Section 11, and NE4NE4 of Section 14, excluding Klippel Acres, all in Township 17 S, Range 11 East of the Willamette Meridan. VOL 22 FACE 211 IN THE MATTER OF 510 GRANT FUND At this time the Commission ordered the Deschutes County Treasurer to borrow from the General Fund to pay the payroll and expenses of the 510 Grant Fund until such time as reimbursement funds are received from the State to be returned to the General Fund by the end of the ensuing year. IN THE MATTER OF DESCHUTES COUNTY LANDS TIME PURCHASE AGREEMENT At this time Deschutes County granted a contract agreement to William and Margaret Nicholl for the refinancing of property originally purchased by Nicoll and Branch. The contract price is $4,750.20 to be paid at the rate of $79.17 per month for sixty months. IN THE MATTER OF DESCHUTES COUNTY LANDS TIME PURCHASE AGREEMENT At this time Deschutes County granted a contract agreement to Eldon R. and Doris E. Branch for the refinancing of property originally purchased by Nicoll and Branch. The contract price is $4,750.20 to be paid at the rate of $79.17 per month for sixty months. IN THE MATTER OF APPROPRIATION TRANSFERS WITHIN THE GENERAL FUND At this time the Commission approved the following appropriation transfers within the General Fund be made: $1,000.00 from Marine Patrol, Material Services, Travel expenses (75-07-204) to Marine Patrol, Extra Help (Personnel Services), 75-07-10B, line item underbudgeted. $200.00 from Family Counseling, Antabuse (Personnel Service), Psychiatric Social Worker 75-12-10A, to Family Counseling, Antabuse (Material & Services), Contractual Services 75-12-233 line item budgeted. $59,924.72 from all departments to the General Fund, other county contributions, for Personnel Services. $17,913.25 from all departments to the General Fund, other County contributions, for Personnel Services. IN THE MATTER OF REFUND OF TAXES At this time the Commission ordered Helen Rastovich as Tax Collector to refund the following taxes: B. Merl Davidson Overpayment of taxes $6.46 IN THE MATTER OF IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT #6 - TEKAMPE ROAD At this time the Commission received an assessment roll based upon the cost estimate for the improvement of Tekampe Road. Improvement will consist of an oil mat surface 24 feet in width and constructed to standards acceptable for County maintenance. IN THE MATTER OF VOLFALc IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT # 7 - BOYD ACRES ROAD 22 212 At this time, the Commission received an assessment roll based upon the cost estimate for the improvement of Boyd Acres Road. Improvement will consist of an oil mat surface 24 feet in width and constructed to standards acceptable for County maintenance. IN THE MATTER OF IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT # 9 - RIVERWOODS DRIVE At this time the Commission received an assessment roll based upon the cost estimate for the improvement of Riverwoods Drive. Improvement will consist of an oil mat surface 24 feet in width and constructed to standards acceptable for County maintenance. IN THE MATTER OF IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT # 8 - CHEYENNE ROAD, COMANCHE LAND AND A PORTION OF CHEROKEE ROAD At this time the Commission received an assessment roll based upon the estimate for the improvement of Cheyenne Road, Comanche Lane and a portion of Cherokee Road. Improvement will consist of an oil mat surface 24 feet in width and constructed to standards acceptable for County maintenance. IN THE MATTER OF IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT #10 - SHOSHONE ROAD At this time the Commission received an assessment roll based upon the cost estimate for the improvement of Shoshone Road.
