7 This matter having come before the Board at the request of
8 Paul J. Speck, Deputy District Attorney; and
9 It appearing to the Board that it intends to appeal the decision
10 of Judge Walter I. Edmonds, Jr., in the case of Sisters Shake Co.,
11 Inc. versus Lorin Morgan for the reason that the appeal of such
12 case is important and necessary to the continued effective enforcement
13 of the Deschutes County Zoning Ordinance; and
14 It further appearing to the Board that it is necessary pursuant
15 to the requirements of ORS 21.010 to pay the sum of $25.00 as a
16 filing fee; and that such filing fee shall be paid to the Deschutes
17 County Clerk pursuant to the requirements of ORS 19.035; now therefore,
18 IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that a warrant be drawn on the Refunds and
19 Adjustments account in the amount of $25.00 for the purpose of paying
