IN THE MATTER OF DESCHUTES COUNTY LAND SALE: At this time the Commission resolved, in the event that the highest bidder, for any legal reason, fails to perform his purchase contract for property sold at a county land sale, the 31 second highest bidder shall be given the option to purchase said property for the price quoted in his highest bid. IN THE MATTER OF -COUNTY OWNED PROPERTY SALE: At this time the Commission ordered that February 6, 1976 at 10:00 a.m. on the Courthouse steps be the date for the County Land Sale. IN THE MATTER OF ESTABLISHMENT OF COUNTY ROADS: At this time the Commission ordered the Establishment of Miday Way, Sunrise Circle and Sunset Drive in the plat of Sunset West as county roads. IN THE MATTER OF ZONE CHANGE REQUEST: At this time the Commission upon the unanimous ordered a Zone Change from R-1 Urban Residential PD Multi-family for property as described in order. IN THE MATTER OF MAKING APPROPRIATION: At this time the Commission ordered the County Treasurer to appropriate the Eastern Oregon Health System Grant Fund as follows: Personnel Services $10,706.00; Materials and Services $6,300.00. IN THE MATTER OF BAKING APPROPRIATION: At this time the Commission ordered the County Treasurer to appropriate the 544 Grant Fund as follows: Materials and Services $2,500.00. 5 VOL 21 PAGE 671 IN THE MATTER OF CORRECTING PAYROLL ERROR: At this time the Commission ordered the County Treasurer transfer $109.37 from the Forest Patrol Fund to the Marine Patrol Fund to correct an error in the November payroll whereby Ed Norgaard was paid from Marine Patrol instead of Forest Patrol. IN THE MATTER OF GRANTING DEED TO RIMROCK WEST ORE, Ltd.: At this time the Commission granted a deed to Rimrock West Oregon for Lot 17 in Block 2 and Lot 15 of Block 2 in the replat of Rimrock West Estates. IN THE MATTER OF GRANTING GRAZING LEASES: At this time the Commission granted grazing leases to Keith Cyrus; Leo Fehrenbacher; Stewart Stapleton; Margaret Lumpkin, Jean Severeide, Velda Brust; Deschutes Valley Farms, and Deschutes Odin Falls Ranch. Leases are to expire December 31, 1980. IN THE MATTER OF GRANTING DESCHUTES COUNTY LAND LEASES: At this time the Commission granted leases to Howard and Margaret Glazier; and Glen E. Anderson and K. R. Gould for all uses permitted by zoning regulations. Leases are to expire December 31, 1980. IN THE MATTER OF ENTERING INTO AGREEMENT WITH DESCHUTES NATIONAL FOREST FOR THE IMPROVEMENT OF BOOM CAMP ROAD: At this time the Commission entered into an agreement with the Deschutes National Forest for the reconstruction and paving of Boom Camp Road No. 2927B per standards per agreement. The forest service is to do the work at an approximate cost of $15,000.00. The county is to maintain the road after the work is complete.
