At this time the Commission ordered the County Treasurer to appropriate the Eastern Oregon
Health System Grant Fund as follows: Personnel Services $10,706.00; Materials and Services

CORRECTING PAYROLL ERROR:
At this time the Commission ordered the County Treasurer transfer $109.37 from the Forest
Patrol Fund to the Marine Patrol Fund to correct an error in the November payroll whereby Ed
Norgaard was paid from Marine Patrol instead of Forest Patrol.

At this time the Commission granted a deed to Rimrock West Oregon for Lot 17 in Block 2

Deschutes Odin Falls Ranch. Leases are to expire December 31, 1980.

ENTERING INTO AGREEMENT WITH DESCHUTES NATIONAL FOREST FOR THE IMPROVEMENT OF BOOM CAMP ROAD:
At this time the Commission entered into an agreement with the Deschutes National Forest
for the reconstruction and paving of Boom Camp Road No. 2927B per standards per agreement.
The forest service is to do the work at an approximate cost of $15,000.00. The county is to
maintain the road after the work is complete.
