6 IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED by the Deschutes County Board of
7 Commissioners that:
8 In any land sale conducted by the County, in the event that
9 the highest bidder, for any legal reason, fails to perform his
10 purchase contract entered into by virtue of his bid for said
11 property, the second highest bidder for said particular parcel
12 of property shall be given the option to purchase said property
13 for the price quoted in his highest bid.
14 In the event the second highest bidder does not wish to
15 exercise said option for the purchase of said property, the
16 particular parcel of property shall be removed from the land
17 sale, and all publications and references made to said parcel
18 of property shall be null and void.
